1. Trail Mix - Hiking the PATH
The French drink wine, eat cheese and
croissants, and enjoy chocolate for dessert. So how do they stay
so thin and maintain fewer cases of strokes and heart disease?
Dr. Will Clower, author of the “Fat Fallacy: The French Diet
Secrets to Permanent Weight Loss,” has broken down the
Mediterranean approach to healthy living. During this 8-week
program, you will learn a balanced lifestyle that will help you
eat well and love your food again. Each program is followed by a
beginner outdoor activity. Visit
www.pathonline.net for more information on the PATH program.
