Banff FAQs

1. The backcover of the Adventure Times gives one date, and the web gives another. So when is Banff actually coming to Pittsburgh?

2. For years, you've hosted Banff at the Byham downtown. Why the change to the Carnegie Library of Homestead?

3. So parking is free? But where do I park?

4. Are there any opportunities to volunteer for the Festival?

1. The Banff Mountain Film Festival is coming to Pittsburgh Friday, April 4th and Saturday, April 5th. The backcover of the Adventure Times has an unfortunate typo. Now that you know, please tell your friends!

2. The Carnegie Library in Homestead has unmistakable acoustics and charm. We see this year's Film Festival in Homeststead as an opportunity to showcase Pittsburgh's best and most beautiful concert hall. Plus, parking is free!

3. There is ample street parking around the Music Hall. Signs and volunteers will be posted throughout the area to direct you where to go. For driving directions, click here.

4. We can definitely use the help. The Banff Mountain Film Festival is a volunteer-based fundraising event for Venture Outdoors. For more info on how to get involved, email rmalena@ventureoutdoors.org
