        be no long term parking provided in DC.

 VO 250 Bike Tour Pledge

I realize that the VO 250 Bike Tour (Tour) requires physical activity and I represent that I am in sound medical condition. I have no physical or medical conditions that would put myself or others in danger.
I understand that the Tour will be off road and I take full responsibility for the condition of my bicycle and camping equipment. I agree to abide by all rules of the Tour and the routes that will be traveled, including wearing a helmet during the entire ride.
I pledge that I can ride 335 miles over 8 days and I realize that the campsites will be rustic. Venture Outdoors reserves the right to qualify riders and equipment.
I have carefully read this form and fully understand and agree to its contents.

*Refund Policy: Due to the need to reserve campsites, transportation, catering, and amenities, the following refund policy applies to the VO 250 Bike Tour. Cancel before August 27th and you'll receive a refund of all but $100. Cancel from August 27th to September 13th and receive a 50% refund of the total trip price. After September 13th, there will be no refunds.
