‘WALK ON THE THEATRE SIDE’ LEADS PARTICIPANTS THROUGH PERFORMING ARTS DISTRICT
Venture Outdoors offers a historical walking tour of area theatres
(Pittsburgh, PA – July 24, 2007) Walking is an art with Venture Outdoors.

A new program will lead participants through a historic and artistic tour, as they take a “Walk on the Theatre Side” near and around downtown Pittsburgh’s performing arts district.

The program runs on Saturday, Aug. 4 from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The cost is $35 for members and $45 for non-members.

Designed specifically for lovers of theatre, this tour will lead participants through a historical urban walk of the North Shore with a final destination reaching the CLO Cabaret.

There, participants will then relax and unwind through a matinee show of “Always…Patsy Cline” to satisfy their affinity for the theatres and the magnificent drama and stories each performance tells.

Directly after the show, participants will have an exclusive “Cast Talk Back Session” to meet the cast and ask them questions. Participants will then have the opportunity for some adult beverages and snacks.
