Volunteer at the festival:
We'll need a lot of help to make this event run smoothly. Volunteer needs range from helping exhibitors check in to being a safety boater out in the water.
We have several shift times available, so everyone still has a chance to enjoy the festival. Plus each volunteer receives a free event staff t-shirt!

There are 3 main shifts Event Set Up, Festival Logistics, and Event Tear Down. Below is a list of each shift, duties, and number of volunteers needed in parentheses.
Event Set Up
7:00 AM – 8:30 AM
Vendor Table/chair distribution (12)
Venture Outdoors O tent set up (4)
Venture Outdoors Volunteer Tent set up (2)
Distribute and hang signs (2)
Garbage box/recycling bin dist (2)
8:30 AM - 10:30 AM
Exhibitor check-in and set up (24)
Prep boating/fishing area (10)
Collect vendor food orders (2)
Collect raffle prizes from vendors (2)
Festival Logistics - 11:00 PM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Lunch Distribution (4)
Program/raffle distribution (2)
Venture Outdoors tent (8)
Roving Volunteers with info (8)
Grounds crew trash/ recycling (4)

Event Tear Down - 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
