Join Venture Outdoors for an introduction to kayaking. We will introduce basic equipment, learn to paddle and steer a kayak, and finally take the boats out for some practice. No experience required! 

The instructors for this course are certified American Canoe Association (A.C.A.) kayak instructors. The A.C.A. was founded in 1880 and is a national nonprofit organization that serves the broader paddling public by providing educational programs, supporting stewardship initiatives that affect paddlers, and offering competition opportunities to athletes of all abilities.
