Sycamore Island Forest Bathing

Join volunteer Trip Leader and trained forest bathing guide, Sandi Miller, as we slow down, find serenity, and immerse ourselves in nature. Launching from the Verona boat launch, we will enjoy a short kayak ride to Sycamore Island. Then we will experience a 90-minute, guided forest bathing visit on one of the few undeveloped, public forested islands on the Allegheny River. Simply come as you are and witness the beauty of your own relationship with nature.

Single kayaks will be provided.

If we cancel the event (only due to extreme circumstances), please reach out to us if you would like a refund or your ticket price can be donated to support our programs. If you can no longer attend the event, we are not able to provide a refund. You may however transfer your ticket. Thank you for understanding.
