Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is one of the fastest growing water sports in the world. We’ll begin with a short land-based instruction, and then have you gliding on the water in no time! This great full-body workout is perfect for all ages and levels of ability. Minimal physical conditioning is necessary and participants should be comfortable in and on the water.
