We all know the many benefits of exercising and meditating, especially their stress reducing effects. Yoga is the perfect way to wind down after an invigorating hike. Join us for a relaxed-paced 2-3 mile hike in Frick Park followed by an introduction to yoga and meditation sequence. Registered Yoga Instructor, Marsha Clark, will complement the hiking experience by leading us in a 45-minute meditation based yoga class.
