Expand on mindfulness with nature by practicing yoga! Yoga and mindfulness help create a deeper connection between the mind and body. Yoga encourages you to pay attention to your breathe and bodily sensations. These yoga poses will reflect things that are scene in nature.
Discussion: Remember, mindfulness helps us feel present in the moment and helps us notice things around us. Practicing mindfulness can help you become more aware, feel calmer, and be kinder to yourself and those around you. Yoga is one way to practice mindfulness.
