Virtual Learning Parent Consent Form (Outdoor Learning Lab) For parents to complete for their child participating in an Outdoor Learning Lab virtual course Step 1 of 3 33% In order for Venture Outdoors to continue to provide your student with the most effective tools to ensure we are meeting our mission of providing access to outdoor experiences, Venture Outdoors staff may use educational web-based services and applications such as Zoom, Teams, Instagram, Flipgrid, etc. Many of the Terms of Service and/or Privacy Policies of these applications state that, due to Federal Law, children must obtain parental permission to use their sites and often require an email address or other personal identifiers information. This form is to be completed by a parent/guardian in order for their youth to participate in a Venture Outdoors Virtual Learning Experience. This form will need to be completed for each youth participant. Youth participants include anyone under the age of 18.
