You don’t need superpowers, endless amounts of free time, or an advanced degree to change lives. Simply do the thing you already love, get outdoors!
Every time you hike with us, bike with us, rent a kayak with us – you’re supporting programs that help get others outside too. When you bring your friend along on a heart-pumping Urban Fitness Hike you’re changing their life. When you renew your membership, you’re funding youth programs that give students at Manchester Academy their first experience kayaking. Best of all, you can make a change in your own life when you learn new skills at Outdoor Leadership Training, or enjoy a nature meditation stroll.
Getting outdoors changes lives and we’re here to provide the gear, guidance, and inspiration to do so.
Meet Pat! After retirement, Pat recognized she needed to take control of her physical well-being. Pat discovered Venture Outdoors about a year and half ago. Since then she has registered for nearly 90 trips! She and her husband, who often accompanies her on trips, have both become members. Now, Pat is well enough to lead her own hikes as a Venture Outdoors Trip Leader.
